Shipping & Returns

(1) Payment & Shipping:
(A) Ireland and UK Orders
– Free Standard Postage & Packaging for all orders to Ireland & UK.
– Also Free Registered P&P for all orders to Ireland & UK  for items >€50 value

and(B) EU/Europe and Worldwide Orders

– We use a table rate shipping and packaging system. This means you pay a more accurate postal rate on the products you have ordered. The smaller the weight, the cheaper the shipping. The EU/Europe and Worldwide postage rates listed below the products are shipping for a single item only. If you order more than one item the postage will not increase dramatically as it is based on total end weight. EU/Europe and Worldwide postage starts from as little as €1.65.

N.B. There are some products <250g which also have Free Worldwide Shipping including the GorillaSpoke ShowerTimer and the Toilet Tummy

(2) Dispatch & Delivery Times:

We always aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days after receiving an order. On occasions this may take a little longer as some products may be out of stock. You will be notified by e-mail if your order will take longer to dispatch. Ireland and UK orders should arrive between 3-5 business days after dispatch, EU/Europe 7-10 business days and Worldwide 10-20 business days. Please allow up to 28 days to receive your goods and please do contact us if your goods have not arrived within this time-frame.

Please note that An Post and Royal Mail (our main postal providers) do not class an item as missing until after 28 business days. If it’s a courier delivery for the more high value items, you may also receive a telephone call in advance to arrange delivery. If you are not at home when your item arrives, the carrier may leave a card. You can then re-schedule the delivery or you may need to collect your parcel from your local postal sorting office or courier depot. Please Note: Business days are all normal working days excluding bank holidays, individual national holidays, religious holidays and any other such non standard working days pertaining to individual countries.

(3) Warranties:

Please always register your manufacturer product warranty as soon as you receive your goods. This will give you longer protection time usually lasting years. Typical product warranties are between 1-5 years. Exchange and Returns Our exchange and refund policy is very simple. If you are not satisfied with any purchase you have made, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer a 14 day product replacement or money back guarantee. All we ask is that you return the product in a saleable condition with the original (undamaged) packaging. Any claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made within 5 working days on receipt of the ordered goods. If your product develops a fault within 28 days after receipt then we will also offer a refund or replacement. After 28 days it is then the responsibility of the product manufacturer to offer a replacement product/refund. Please keep original product packaging and information sheets in case a replacement is requested.

The CleanTechStore by GorillaSpoke was born out of years of frustration shopping online for ethical and water/energy conservation solutions.
